Lydia Midgley
Lydia Midgley is a seasoned therapist and has been practicing for over 15 years. Graduated from the University of Utah in 2007, she enjoys working with preteens, teens, parents, and families. She has extensive experience in working with survivors of sexual abuse, including children and parents by promoting healing, recovery, and resiliency. Believing that by working through the abuse and trauma that individuals and families can recover and live a healthy, fulfilling and successful life.
She believes that an individual is more than their diagnosis of trauma, depression, or anxiety. And by working through the symptoms of these disorders through identifying thinking errors, destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, a person can live so much more for their life. Her work focuses on empowering the individual to be their very best version of themselves.
